Psychiatric Medication Monitoring Lake Chelan's Behavioral Care Services provides medication monitoring to assist clients with management of their medications, educate clients about medication issues, and to facilitate a commitment to taking medications responsibly.
Medication monitoring services are provided with a referral and / or order from an individual's treating psychiatrist or physician. Medication support, observation and monitoring occur according to each individual accessed need, with the goal of helping the client achieve independence in the management of medication.
Co-occuring Conditions What is a co-occuring condition? When a person is affected by both an emotional or psychiatric illness and chemical dependency, he/she suffers from co-occurring conditions. Psychiatric illness and chemical dependency affect an individual physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. Although the two conditions are separate and independent, they interact in ways that make diagnosis, treatment and recovery more complex. Our team of professionals can help you get on the right track.
